I truly enjoyed my stay at Patagonia Queen Hotel Boutique. The atmosphere is cozy, with charming wooden interiors, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great selection, setting a lovely tone for the day.

No air conditioning in rooms.

Absolutely loved the breakfast! The manager was super friendly and even made cocktails for us. The location is perfect and just a quick walk to downtown with great restaurants.

so disappointed, absolutley thought the breakfast would be fresh and delightful but it was just standard. the room decor looks dated, and i would have expected some sort of upgrade for the price. for the ridiculous rates, no pool or spa area was offered either. i almost gave them a good review but just couldn’t.

During my stay, I found the absence of air conditioning quite uncomfortable, especially after a long day of exploring. The decor, while clean and well maintained, felt outdated, which slightly diminished the overall charm of the place. Additionally, I was disappointed that there was no boxed take-away breakfast available for early tours, despite the high room rates.

The manager, Pablo, greeted us with a warm welcome and made us cocktails to celebrate our anniversary, such a nice touch! The location is perfect, just minutes from the Main Street filled with shops and restaurants. The hotel decor featured stunning wood furniture that gave a cozy vibe. The staff's attention to detail really stood out, especially when Rafael drove us to the bus station when a taxi couldn't be found. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made our room a bit uncomfortable on warmer days. A minor issue that didn't overshadow the great service and experience we had.

During my stay, I was impressed by the delightful lounge/bar area which offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The breakfast served was a highlight, featuring a wonderful view of the spacious back lawn adorned with rose bushes. The room was well-decorated and comfortable, especially the added luxury of a jacuzzi bathtub, which enhanced the overall experience. The attentive service from the owner and staff further solidified this hotel as a wonderful choice.

No significant negatives were noted.

Family with children will love it

Our stay felt like a luxury experience, especially when the staff made us fresh cocktails to celebrate my son's birthday, using local spirits and ice from the glaciers! We also appreciated the convenient water filter in the lobby, very useful for filling up our bottles before heading out to explore.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the experience, it was worth it.

I had a wonderful stay, enjoying the friendly staff and the clean, comfortable room while being just a few steps from delightful eateries and the relaxing Parque Anfiteatro del Bosque, perfect for a leisurely walk in the evening.

I had a lovely two-night stay! The well-lit bathroom was a welcome surprise and actually had good ventilation, which is rare for the area. The breakfast options were decent too, enough to fuel a day out exploring, although I wish the room decor was a bit fresher. I would choose this place again without hesitation!
