We had a fantastic stay at a cozy hotel just off the main street. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and book tours. The rooms were spacious and clean, with gleaming wooden floors. The staff, especially Pablo, went above and beyond to assist us with taxis and other needs. The added touches like heated bathroom floors and keyless entry were great. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the lounge areas were comfortable. Despite some minor drawbacks of a limited breakfast variety and the lack of air conditioning or a fan in the room, our overall experience was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel had a rustic feel with dark wooden beams and furniture, which added to its charm. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The hotel had a lounge area with a small bar and TV. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The hotel was located within walking distance of downtown and a beautiful lake. It also had a lovely garden where you could relax.
The front desk staff could be a bit supercilious. It felt like tourists were not well-liked.

I had a pleasant stay at a cozy and comfortable hotel in El Calafate. The location was convenient, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the made-to-order scrambled eggs. The staff members, Raphael and Pablo, were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing recommendations for restaurants, activities. The hotel had lovely areas to relax and admire the view, and the timber floors and furniture added a touch of beauty to the surroundings. I recently stayed at a hotel in El Calafate and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. Despite the higher than average price, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and had good enough English to assist me with any inquiries. The rooms, although a little old fashioned, were spotlessly clean and fresh. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the great breakfast with made to order scrambled eggs, meats, and cheese. The hotel's location on the outskirts of the city provided a quiet atmosphere, yet it was just a short 5-minute walk to the main street. The beautiful garden view during breakfast was an added bonus. Oh, and I must mention the cookies provided with the tea - a delightful treat!
All was just fine, no issues to mention.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with wooden floors that add a touch of elegance. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests, like Pablo who went out of his way to call taxis. The breakfast spread is satisfying, providing a good start to the day.
One downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator, which may be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The continental breakfast provided a variety of delicious options, including traditional flavors and some tasty surprises. I especially enjoyed the delightful cookies that were served with tea. The hotel's location was perfect - nestled in a quiet area of El Calafate, yet still within walking distance to the city center.
No improvements needed, everything was just perfect!
